Shipping

Every bottle is filled, labeled, and packed by hand in Homestead, Florida.

Most orders leave the den within 1–3 business days. During fresh harvests, holidays, or busier seasons, it may take a little longer, but every order receives the same careful attention.

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information so you can follow its journey home.

Returns

Because honey is a food product, we aren’t able to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or something doesn’t seem quite right, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery.
