At Cozy Den, every order is carefully packed with care to help ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During periods of high demand or honey harvest season, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped through USPS using the shipping method selected during checkout.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, and order weight.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Local Delivery
The Five-Gallon Honey Pail is available for free local delivery within our eligible delivery area.
Local delivery availability is determined automatically at checkout based on the delivery address.
If needed, we will contact you after your order is placed to coordinate a convenient delivery time.
Shipping Address
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
Cozy Den is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be shipped again.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times are the responsibility of the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery through our Contact Us page. Please include your order number. Clear photographs of the product and the shipping packaging may be requested via email.
If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking with members of your household, neighbors, or the shipping carrier before contacting us.
Shipping Availability
At this time, Cozy Den ships only within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states).
We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.
Some products, including the Five-Gallon Honey Pail, are available only through free local delivery within our designated service area.
