At Cozy Den, every order is carefully packed with care to help ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During periods of high demand or honey harvest season, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped through USPS using the shipping method selected during checkout.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, and order weight.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Local Delivery

We offer local delivery within Miami-Dade County for qualifying bulk orders.

  • Delivery is scheduled by appointment after your order is confirmed.
  • If you’re interested in a larger quantity than what’s available in our online shop, please contact us through Den Mail. We’ll be happy to help.

Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

Cozy Den is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be shipped again.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times are the responsibility of the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery through our Den Mail page. Please include your order number. Clear photographs of the product and the shipping packaging may be requested via email. 

If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking with members of your household, neighbors, or the shipping carrier before contacting us.

Shipping Availability

Cozy Den currently ships throughout the contiguous United States.

At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.
